GENERAL WARRANTY
Items may be returned for a refund up to 30 days from the purchase date for both products purchased at the retail store and products shipped to the customer.
If the item is defective, we will replace the item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
WARRANTY FOR REMANUFACTURED INK AND TONER
Items may be returned for a refund up to 30 days from the purchase date for both products purchased at the retail store and products shipped to the customer. If the item is defective, we will replace the item within 1 Yearof the original purchase date.
OEM Returns
OEM products are backed by a 30-day money-back / replacement guarantee as long as the product is in new unopened condition. After 30 days, all customers who have purchased original equipment manufacturer cartridges (OEM) from Helloeco.com must contact the specific manufacturer (for example Hewlett Packard) to obtain return merchandise authorization and procedures.
Defective Items
We will replace defective items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Remanufactured Ink and Toner we will replace for up to 1 Year from the original date of purchase.
Store Credit
If a store credit is issued according to the policy above, the credit is only valid for one year from the date of issue.
Exclusions
The following limitations apply:
- Physical damage voids the warranty.
Hello Eco, Inc.reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty as needed. Returns will be processed according to the warranty currently in effect.

Shipping Policy
How long will it take to process my order?
Items that are in-stock and ordered before 5 p.m. (central time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day. On rare occasions and item we carry may not be in stock. You will be notified immediately if there are any delays in processing your order. For Hello Eco business accounts that sign up for either our local delivery program or print management services may have same day free delivery.
How are our products shipped?
Our shipping charges are based on the total order product weight and shipped standard ground service. Customers that would like expediated shipping can request this service during the check out process.
